Shipping Policy

UK Delivery
We deliver boxes of 24 crisps across the UK via Royal Mail.

Delivery Costs:

• Standard UK delivery: £4.00 
• 1-3 boxes:  £4 delivery fee
• 4+ boxes: UK FREE delivery
• Delivery cost shown at checkout
• Delivery included in checkout total

 

Delivery Times:

• Orders dispatched within 2 working days
• Royal Mail 48: Delivery in 2-3 working days from dispatch
• You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships
  

What We Deliver:

• Boxes of 24 x 40g bags (one flavour per box)
• Minimum order: 1 box
  

Areas We Don’t Currently Deliver To:

• Scottish Highlands and Islands (may be available on request - contact us)
• Offshore islands
• EU & International orders (not currently available)
  

Order Processing:

• Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2pm: dispatched same day
• Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends: dispatched next working day
• Please allow 1-2 working days processing during busy periods
  

Damaged or Missing Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within 5 working days, email us at daniel@bruhsnacks.com with your order number and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund subject to our returns policy.
